Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Tweed & Till.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges under the conditions outlined below.

Return Eligibility

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of the delivery date and there is 15% restocking fee for returns sent to us, also customer is responsible for return shipping.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

  • Items returned after 15 days from delivery are not eligible for a refund.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Gift cards

  • Certain health and personal care items

  • Any item returned in a condition different from that in which it was received

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or received incorrectly.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 days and credited to your original payment method within several business days, depending on your financial institution.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary.

  3. Contact your bank.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
